Clearly this means you now have all the answers, never make mistakes, and always know exactly what to do next... right? Yeah, about that… In this class, Master Cyborg and Sassy take a practical look at leadership from the left side of the slash. We'll talk about decision-making, accountability, consistency, communication, delegation, accepting feedback, managing ego, and the sometimes uncomfortable difference between having authority and actually knowing what you're doing. Being in charge doesn't mean being infallible. Sometimes you're going to make the wrong call. What you do after that mistake may say more about your leadership than the mistake ever did.
