Class Description

Someone screwed up. Now what? Mistakes happen in every relationship, and power exchange doesn't magically change that. But when authority and submission are part of the relationship, how a mistake is handled can teach and strengthen trust or create resentment and even more damage than the original mistake ever did. In this class, Master Cyborg and Sassy look at correction, criticism, discipline, punishment, and feedback—and why they aren't interchangeable. We'll talk about expectations, communication, accountability, effective correction, and how both sides of the slash can address problems while still respecting the authority structure they've created.
